Pre & Post Care Advice

Before Your Massage

✔️ Communicate clearly – Let your therapist know about any pain, injuries, or preferences.
✔️ Arrive on time – Arriving early helps you settle in and relax before your session.

After Your Massage

✔️ Drink water – Flush out toxins and stay hydrated.
✔️ Take it easy – Allow your body time to rest and absorb the benefits.
✔️ Avoid alcohol or caffeine – These can dehydrate and counteract the massage benefits.
✔️ Stretch gently – If recommended, light stretching can support muscle recovery.
✔️ Apply warmth – A warm bath or heat pack can extend relaxation.
✔️ Watch for soreness – Some tenderness may occur, especially after deep tissue work – this is normal and should ease in 24–48 hours.
