To get the most from your facial treatment:

• Avoid active skincare (retinoids, AHA/BHAs, exfoliants) for 3–5 days before treatment.

• Discontinue any tanning (natural or sunbeds) at least 1 week prior.

• Avoid waxing or threading the treatment area for 48 hours before.

• Stay hydrated and arrive with clean, makeup-free skin if possible.

• If you’re prone to cold sores and having Microneedling, consult your GP about antiviral medication.

• Expect some redness or sensitivity for 24–48 hours.

• Do not apply makeup for at least 24 hours.
